What it does? Knoa Experience and Performance Manager 4.5 (EPM 4.5) is designed to help optimize performance of end-users of corporate software applications. Knoa EPM monitors the experience the applications delivers to the end-user to pinpoint and eliminate barriers or impediments to end-user performance (bad system performance or application quality). Simultaneously, Knoa EPM captures metrics on end-user performance to identify challenges in end-user performance (knowledge gaps, incorrect use of transactions). Knoa EPM is used for alerting and proactive remediation of end-user issues (whether they are system errors, user errors or performance problems).
