What it does? AppGate Secure Mobile Office consists of three different parts: SERVERS placed at the operator, a SATELLITE installed at the customer site and a native code CLIENT installed on the user's mobile phone. AppGate Secure Mobile Office is not just a simple push email solution since it actually sets up a secure VPN tunnel between the user's mobile phone and the operator and between the operator and the customer's gateway. The system has builtin support for roaming and the phone client automatically reconnects to the system after a network failure with no need for the user to log in again. It is even possible to move between networks without having to log in again and it is possible to change the IP-address as well. All in a completely secure manner.

This makes it possible for the user to get secure email access and to even reach everything on intranet web servers, in a secure way.
