- June 21, 2010 - Entries open
- October 8, 2010 - First early-bird entry deadline
- November 5, 2010 - Second early-bird deadline
- December 10, 2010 - Final Entry Deadline
- January 18, 2010 - Last day late entries will be accepted with late fees
- February 8, 2010 - Finalists Announced
- May 10, 2011 - 6th Annual Awards Banquet Dinner, Las Vegas
