Nominations are invited for the 2nd International 2009 Information Technology Executive Leadership Awards.
The 2009 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP (TEL) awards honor those key individual leaders who have made a positive impact on her or his organization through solutions in the areas of information technology.
Some examples of projects include: Application Delivery, Cloud Computing, Data Center, Enterprise 2.0, Enterprise Wireless, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Green IT, IT Automation, IT Security , Mobile Technology, Devices and Applications, Networking, SaaS, Software, Storage, Video Conferencing, Virtualization, Virtualization Management, Unified Communications, VoIP Unified Communications, or Wireless Technology.
Who can be nominated? Nominees can be Chief Information Officers (CIO), Vice President, Director or Managers from organizations that are using technology products and services. Only one person from each such organization can be nominated. A nominee must have one or more of the following basic qualifications:
Must be an executive or part of management team (manager or above),
Must be involved with implementing and approving information technology solutions within her or his organization that align with the companies overall business goals,
Is a mentor to other employees and her/his team members,
Has shown significant enhancements in using information technology within the organization in the past 12 – 18 months,
Is based in either U.S.A. or Internationally in other countries and plays a key role in influencing and approving information technology solutions for her/his company.
Important: The nominee cannot be from a technology vendor but from an organization that uses the vendor's technology products.
